Unfortunately no. Phil never imagined that the side effects of his diet and exercise regimen would leave him with a body that “looks gross” (his words).
Since I lost so much weight so fast my body didn’t have time to adjust. And my skin just couldn’t keep up with the fat being lost.

Phil made the video to warn others not to do what he did to lose weight. Don’t go too hard, don’t over exert yourself, don’t starve yourself. Try to lose 1-2 pounds per week with 30-45 minutes of exercise a day if your goal is to lose weight.
